Does a low price mean good value or bad quality?
I am the first to admit that I am very price conscious, but I will not sacrifice quality for price. In a rough economy, money can be tight, and there may be times when quality is not your top priority. There is always pressure to be competitive in the fluid line and radiator industry. However, we should never lower our standards, cut corners, or cheapen the quality of our service. Our customers deserve better.
A satisfied customer is the best business strategy of all.
