Many of you have asked how do I know what to stock in my shop. The way I have grown my business is when a customer comes in and I do not have the part on my shelf, I order it for next time. The great thing about owning a Tubes n’ Hoses system is even though you may not have the part at the time the customer needs it, you can still reclaim or manufacture the fitting needed as not to lose the sale of the customer. You may only have one shot at developing a business relationship with that customer. I recommend that every Tubes n’ Hoses owner at least stock the items to build from scratch or reclaim the fittings needed.
But remember, It is almost always cheaper and definitely quicker to sell from stocked inventory.
